PARTNER ARCHITECTURE

SMALL BUT MIGHTY.

Partner Architecture provides the following services in-house:

    • Develop comprehensive project plans that outline the scope, objectives, and timelines of the architectural project. Include key deliverables such as design phases, construction documents and milestones to guide the project from start to finish.

    • Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders by ensuring clear and consistent information flow.

    • Keep all parties informed about project progress, design changes and potential challenges. Foster collaboration, resolve conflicts and maintain strong working relationships with clients, contractors and other project team members.

    • Implement robust quality control measures to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

    • Develop comprehensive visualization plans that outline the desired visual outcomes.

    • Create and present clear and visually engaging renderings and 3D models that accurately represent the design intent and capture the desired atmosphere and aesthetics.

    • Develop comprehensive master planning documents that outline the long-term vision, goals and strategies for the development of a site or project. This includes analyzing site conditions, conducting stakeholder consultations and identifying key opportunities and constraints.

    • Establish a phased implementation approach that outlines key deliverables, milestones and timelines for executing the master plan. This includes developing strategies for land use, infrastructure, transportation and environmental considerations.

    • Conduct regular site visits to observe the construction progress and ensure compliance with the design plans and specifications.

    • Review and approve shop drawings, material samples and other construction submittals to ensure they align with the project requirements.

    • Manage and document design changes or modifications that occur during construction.

    • Provide recommendations and solutions for resolving any construction-related challenges or issues that may arise.

    • Integrate architectural design elements with other disciplines, such as structural and MEP systems.

    • Conduct clash detection analysis to identify conflicts between different building elements within the digital model.

    • Develop visualizations and renderings to communicate the design intent and help stakeholders visualize the project.

    • Provide the contractor with the digital model to create more accurate material and quantity take-offs for cost estimation and procurement purposes.

    • Prepare accurate and detailed construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections and details, that communicate the design intent and specifications.

    • Conduct thorough reviews and revisions of construction documents to address design changes, code compliance, and constructability, while maintaining clarity and accuracy.

    • Conduct a comprehensive site utilization analysis to evaluate the potential use and development of the project site.

    • Assess factors such as topography, soil conditions, existing infrastructure and zoning regulations to determine the optimal placement of buildings, parking areas and other site features.

    • Analyze site constraints and opportunities to maximize the efficient use of space.

    • Collaborate with environmental experts and regulatory agencies to develop a wetland mitigation plan that outlines measures to offset any adverse impacts on wetland ecosystems.

    • Implement appropriate mitigation strategies, such as wetland creation, restoration or enhancement, to compensate for wetland loss and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

    • Monitor and document the effectiveness of the mitigation efforts to ensure successful restoration and long-term ecological viability of the wetland areas.
